The ROOK Card Collectors Association is a community of individuals with the common interest of collecting ROOK Cards. The game of ROOK was created by George S. Parker, and was publish by his company, Parker Brothers, in 1906. The RCCA exists to promote the collecting and research of ROOK cards. Its other primary purpose being to connect collectors with others interested in their unique hobby.
